AOW Construction LLC, a successful regional commercial contractor, is currently seeking an individual to fill the role of Office Manager in our busy office.  We are specifically looking for someone who recognizes the importance of client and vendor relations, takes pride in their work, is at ease with multi-tasking, and desires to work in a team environment

Responsibilities include answering the phones, processing incoming mail, reviewing and logging client and vendor contracts, processing insurance certificates, maintaining logs, data entry, filing, and general office support duties.  This role also coordinates AOW’s trucking schedule to jobs and assists with tool inventory management.  This position will also be responsible for processing Accounts Payable, and will also assist our project administrators and project managers with specific construction job related responsibilities as needed. Training will be provided.  Proficiency with MS Excel and Word, previous experience utilizing an accounting system and/or CRM database, and solid communication skills are required for this position.
