Allendale Association, a multi-service child welfare agency seeks a full-time Youth Care Workers aka Mental Health Specialists at our Lake Villa IL, North Chicago IL, and Benet Lake WI locations, to work actively with high end "at risk" children & adolescents ages 7 to 21 years of age within our Residential Units.

Ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor's Degree with one year related experience preferred,
or 5 years of equivalent experience. 
Per DCFS regulations, must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
Must be at least 21 years of age.
