Duties:

• Responsible for assisting in the overall leadership & management of the Service Department staff and department performance
• Optimize Service Department processes and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
• Grow profitable service labor sales
• Manage controllable expenses
• Effectively engage department personnel

Requirements include:

• 2+ years of experience in managing a service department
• Ability to analyze internal reports, and knowledge of standard desktop applications
• Must have proven leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure, conflict resolution, and ability consistently to meet deadlines is a must
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
