Ilitch Holdings, Inc. seeks a Vice President, Business Analysis Duties: Responsible for delivering value-added business analysis as well as defining and reporting meaningful financial and operational metrics that support insightful, accurate and timely business decision-making. This position will serve as a key interface between senior management and the various business unit finance teams. A comprehensive understanding of all key business drivers and sophisticated financial models must be understood to deliver value-added analysis across the organization. Participate in deal negotiations, merger and acquisition related activity, financial due diligence, complex business case development, in addition to providing financial forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning and business results analysis for all Ilitch Holdings, Inc. businesses. 

Requirements: 

Requires a Master’s in Business Administration and Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. Fifteen (15) years experience working in corporate finance. Ten (10) years experience in each of the following: working in the public sector; building and analyzing complex financial models; working for large, diversified, portfolio organizations owning assets and/or companies in various industries; cross-company financial consolidations and related financial reporting. Five (5) years experience in business case development and execution. 

Five (5) years financial experience in each of the following specific industries: Professional Sports, Sports Media, Music and Entertainment, Food and Beverage. Two (2) years each: working in the private sector; financial management experience in support of large scale organizational restructuring. Demonstrated success of completion of at least one Mergers and Acquisition transaction involving large scale corporate deal negotiations with third party vendors. Full-time.
