Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Clinical Supervisor in the Connections program at Behavioral Health Network!

**NOTICE**

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Connections program with the following:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day therapeutic services of the Connections program.
  • Managing the Counselors and Case Managers working at Connections.
  • Ensuring the well-being of individuals in BHN’s care & designing and implementing the treatment structure of the program.
  • Developing and monitoring clinical records and & ensuring compliance with program policies and regulatory requirements of licensing and funding sources.
  • Serving as the primary liaison with the community.

Who are we?

Behavioral Health Network’s Connections program, a 32-bed co-ed enhanced, jail diversion program in Greenfield, MA, provides residential rehabilitation services to individuals diagnosed with a Substance Use Disorder and who have been incarcerated or have pending charges that without a placement would lead to incarceration. The Connections program staff empower those we serve to be in the ‘driver’s seat’ of their lives, and to clearly define their needs, wants, hopes and dreams. The pursuit of our individuals’ development of autonomy, self-esteem, and involvement in their own care is highly supported and encouraged. The program focuses on recovery skill building and support the needs for successful re-entry into the community.

What are we looking for in a Clinical Supervisor?

  • Commitment to client empowerment and growth, human rights, and community integration (required).
  • Master’s Degree in related field (required).
  • At least three years’ experience in the Human Services field (required).
  • At least two years of supervisory experience (required).
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of DPH Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS) regulations.
  • Familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems (required).
  • On-call availability (required).
