It's fun, it's busy, it's profitable, it's a team, it's family and it's exhilarating and that is just the first week. My point is we are very busy but somehow we celebrate each other's birthdays and baby showers and engagements and are family at the same time - we would love to welcome you to my team.
What are the perks and benefits of working at Drum & Quill? The perks of working at a small fun tavern are its fun. It's really busy and frantic but we have live bands on Friday and Saturday and it's kind of cool to deliver a great fun experience to people because you are part of the fun. Free shift meals and also minor health care from First Health Convenient Care which is not insurance but yours to use if you stub your toe at home or have a cold or need stitches playing too hard with your kids. We also have a 401K for employees who work there for one year. We also like knowing more about our staff and the neighborhood they live in because we like charitable giving to charities that mean something to our employees.

You will learn from each other and every job to excel in the hospitality industry and despite being a historic pub - we embrace technology from servers and hosts using apps on i-pads to the bar having state of the art equipment and the kitchen point of sale system and even the lights, TVs and music are run my apps and technology So while you learn the job you will be prepared for bigger opportunities for career growth with our forward-thinking positioning being voted the areas "Most Authentic Tavern." You also have direct contact with the owner to learn even more about ownership in case you want to be a future owner and learn about payroll, marketing, and purchasing.
