Construction Superintendent in Tupper Lake, NY
Housing Visions is growing again and we need great people to join our team! Location would be at our Oval Wood Dish Factory in Tupper Lake located at 100 Demars Blvd. Coordinates, manages and directs day-to-day activities of assigned construction project. Ensures the construction project is being completed in a cost effective, safe and timely manner while adhering to established quality standards. Oversees, coordinates and supervises work of subcontractors and vendors. Responsible for daily inspections and safe and quality workmanship of subcontractors at the job site. Assists with bidding, procurement and purchasing. Maintains records of daily construction operations, including daily logs, delivery/receiving and timesheets. Communicates in a positive and professional manner, interacts with design/development professionals, funding source representatives and government officials.
This is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30pm. Housing Visions offers a generous benefits package to include health, dental, and vision insurance as well as 401k, life insurance and 4 weeks paid time off, sick pay, and holiday pay. Pay range is $80,000-$100,000/year.
Maintenance Technician in Syracuse, NY
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician will perform a wide variety of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general building maintenance and repair functions related to the care and maintenance of Housing Visions residential units. Occasional night and weekend hours; also must take on call hours on rotation.
