Deputy Treasurer I - Performs a variety of complex clerical and accounting duties as needed to expedite the daily processes and statutory obligations of the office of the County Treasurer related to receiving, receipting, posting and distributing tax and general revenue. Need to be proficient in Excel. HS diploma or GED with course background in bookkeeping, accounting, mathematics, finance or some other related field and six months (6 Mo) of general work experience in an office environment performing basic bookkeeping functions OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. This is a Full-Time position, Health and Disability Insurance, Retirement, and Paid Time Off. Pay range is from $14.5203 to $18.8392 per hour depending on experience and/or qualifications.
