Paralegal

An Am Law 200 law firm seeks a qualified paralegal for its Trusts and Estates Department to assist in estate planning and estate administrations. The primary role will involve working with clients and their advisors and other third parties in transferring assets, as well as drafting simple estate planning documents. The ideal candidate will have very strong organizational skills and extensive experience in drafting deeds and other transfer documents and beneficiary designations. The ability to get along with people and a pleasant and humorous personality are also highly recommended. A Bachelor’s degree from an Applied Behavior Analyst approved program is required.
