SUMMARY

The Community Residential Rehabilitation Services Program (CRRS) can house up to eight individuals. The Caseworker reports to the MH Assistant Director and is responsible for the health and safety of these individuals receiving services through Arc Human Services. The caseworker works not only with residents but helps them build their support system outside of ARC. This includes to adhering to all Federal, State and Local regulations, while promoting self-care and mental health recovery strategies in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

� Bachelor�s Degree that reflects experience in Social Work, Education, or other related field or 60 college credits within the field of social work or health sciences related field. 5+ years� experience in Mental Health/ Drug and Alcohol recovery/rehabilitation The Caseworker is responsible for completing a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours of professional training related to the job description in each training year.

� Valid PA Driver�s License with 3 year clean driving record

� Ability to pass background checks, physical, TB and drug screening (ALL company paid!)
