M-F: 8:30am - 5:00pm. Hours can flex until 8pm twice a week.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing direct and indirect mental health treatment services to clients and their families. Provides training and supervision to interns and other mental health staff as delegated.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:

Masters Degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university, and passing exam offered by ASWB and licensure as LMSW through State of New York.

Master’s Degree from an accredited graduate school.

Must have 6 yearsexperienceandlicensed by State of New York asa LMHC or LMFT.

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT, SKILLS OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND HAZARDS:

Clinical setting, exposure Class I, routine or potential exposure to blood, body fluids, excretions or secretions.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Medium work: standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling.

WORK CONTACT GROUP:

All services, employees, medical staff, patients, visitors, vendors, various regulatory and professional agencies.
