The Lenox School Committee seeks an educational leader with a vision of excellence who can build on the strengths of its two schools serving 755 students, PK to 12. Candidates should have: Successful experience as a superintendent, central office administrator, or principal Multifaceted skills in personnel, financial management, and curriculum development Master's Degree or higher Certification as a Superintendent in Massachusetts Exceptional communication skills

The Lenox School Committee will offer a one-year interim contract with a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience and qualifications. The Committee may make this position permanent with a multi-year contract at any point during the interim period.
