Senior Software Engineer, IBM Corporation, Littleton, MA Resolve customer reported service defects and issues within the SAAS environment. Monitor the service to report and resolve issues. Triage and manage customer problem tickets across a wide variety of issues. Conduct debugging, outline issues and drive them to solutions, making physical changes within the software focused on correcting and resolving customer issues. Function as the first point of contact for reported critical outages and issues in the service. Coordinate global teams to drive timely solutions and ensure the delivery of clear instructions to team members.
