The right candidate must have: 

• Be bar licensed (preferably in the State Florida) 
• At least two years of immigration law experience 
• Preferably bilingual (English/Spanish) 
• Knowledge of INSZoom is a plus 
• Admission to Practice before the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals a plus 
• Candidate must be familiar in preparing legal briefs, motions and petitions before EOIR, USCIS, ICE, CBP 
• Candidates must be familiar with various forms of reliefs before EOIR including I589, cancellation of Removal, Adjustment of Status. 
• Ideal Candidate will have experience in handling the following visa types: H-1B, L-1, E-1-5O, TN, EB-5, PERMs, Certifications, EB1 Manager, O/R, Adjustments, Asylums, Appeals, and audits by the Department of Labor. 
• Ideal candidate must be a team Player 
• Ideal candidate must be honest, responsible, punctual and professional

Responsibilities: 

1. Handle all types of of Immigration related cases from start to finish 
2. Represent Clients before EOIR/ USCIS 
3. Provide client consultation 
4. Assist clients in filling out forms, collecting documents and organizing documents
5. Prepare petitions, motions, and briefs under attorney supervision

Salary Requirement: $70,000.00 plus full benefits
