Senior Associate Pilot Plant Thousand Oaks, CA: Responsible for Pilot Plant business performance management, raw material planning, GMP project execution, continuous improvement project management & overall logistical support for pilot plant network (PPN) which includes, Thousand Oaks, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts production areas. Implementing lean manufacturing to optimize inventory, reduce waste and drive continuous improvement; applying six sigma to lower defect rates for raw materials; overseeing quality management for inventory to ensure materials are available for production; streamlining inventory management and supply chain ops to forecast demand and ensure supply despite increasing lead times; and analyzing ERP systems and business software to monitor material consumption and generate reports.
