Business Analyst sought by Oro, Inc in Los Angeles, CA. Requires Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Engineering or related field & 3 years experience with product requirement analysis in Agile environment utilizing Scrum methodologies to develop controlled project management process; perform regression & accept testing, user experience design, & prototyping for eCommerce markets. 

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate design systems and procedures to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively;
• Communicate product requirements among cross-functional teams, including development and QA groups;
• Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to develop controlled project management process that encourages frequent inspection and adaptation;
• Apply scrum processes enable new product development to adjust smoothly to rapidly-changing requirements, and produce a product that meets business goals;
• Conduct product requirements analysis in Agile environments to increase the quality of deliverables and reduce time spend on estimates;
• Perform regression and acceptance testing, user experience design and prototyping;
• Develop requirements for customer relationship management (CRM);
• Monitor product backlog and the roadmap;
• Research markets and study competition in B2B eCommerce and CRM segments;
• Communicate with customers, partners, and community via blogs, forums, and on GitHub;
• Monitor the product user experience (UX) design;
• Prepare, review and implement operational manuals and user guides.
