Description:

Under general direction of the Information Systems Manager, the Information Systems Developer provides support for YCWA’s business technology and information system needs through business needs assessments, software development, system and end user support, and other duties as assigned. This is an exempt position located in Hallwood.

Examples Of Essential Duties:

The Information Systems Developer supports the efforts of the Information Systems team by providing for and managing business technology and information system software development and maintenance consistent with current industry standards, practices, and technologies; scripting development; systems needs assessments; end user support and training; providing input for the planning and specification of business technology resources; assisting consultants to provide design and development support; and ensuring technology service needs are met in a timely manner for employees, Board members, and consultants.

Desirable Education and Experience:

This position requires the equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in related coursework or 5 years of the combination of education, training and experience in software development in the listed technologies. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a valid California driver license and an acceptable driving record.
