Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Residential Supervisor in the Developmental Services program at Behavioral Health Network! 

**NOTICE**

In accordance with the BHN Mandatory COVID vaccine policy - all staff, interns, temps, residents and contractors are required to be fully vaccinated no later than day one of employment. Medical or religious exemptions will be offered and must be approved prior to starting work.

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Developmental Services program with the following:

  • Overseeing the quality of clinical and direct support services provided to individuals
  • Ensuring that they are engaged in goal development and accomplishment.
  • Engaging in hiring and training staff to provide direct support in BHN programs and homes.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of the program and facility and manages relations with stakeholders in the program.
  • Supervising the upkeep of the programs’ regulations, policies and procedures, budget, and contractual obligations.
  • Enhancing the quality of individuals served by ensuring their health and safety and helping them to enjoy their leisure time at home and in the community.

In the Developmental Services program at BHN, we provide 24-hour staffed residential services, community day support, individual and family support services, a social club, and an advocacy program. BHN values the individuals we serve in shared living and small group homes. Each person we serve is part of a team that includes family, BHN staff, and other providers who work together to assess the individual’s needs and goals and then create and maintain a plan reflecting strengths, capabilities and desires.

Job Requirements

What are we looking for in a Residential Supervisor?

  • At least 2 years of experience in human services for people with disabilities (required).
  • Supervisory experience (preferred).
  • Minimum of Associate’s Degree (required).
  • Valid driver’s license and a reliable car available for work (required).
