Data Network Engineer, F/T, master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related. : Responsible for designing, analyzing, evaluating, testing, and implementing enterprise data network systems and equipment utilizing theory in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Use engineering principles to analyze the requirements for system infrastructure and configure data network equipment for major power grid supplier. Plan, conduct and direct the analysis of engineering issues for an network frame work on critical facility projects and software, hardware, and operating engineering unit (T&D, CR, PPD, and CS) projects requiring data network services. Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to enhance the infrastructure of data network structure for proper flow of data communication to ensure safety and secured network. Review key database and programs to secure a continuous network connectivity in the enterprise. Work independently and with teams to capture business and system requirements and implement large programs.
