As a Fiberglass Tech, your responsibilities involve production work and the operation of various processes of manufacturing of FRP

• Proficient with basic math and able to read a tape measure accurately
• Understand and adhere to the company’s Quality and Safety policies.
• Ability to understand and demonstrate basic job procedures that have been established for each work area.
• Operate machinery with a strong sense of responsibility to avoid equipment damage and downtime.
• Keep up with the current flow of production.
• Be able and willing to learn new positions in a short period of time.
• Possess good communication skills and work well in a team setting.
• Demonstrate thoroughness and attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency.
• Highly productive and self-motivated, positive attitude, dependable and trustworthy
• Cleaning/inspecting parts
• Document completion of operation as required for traceability.
• Ensure products are conforming to requirements and specifications.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment, including performing housekeeping duties.
• Handling or movement of parts to various departments in the facility.
• May occasionally perform special projects.
• Maintaining regular and punctual attendance according to shift-times or a pre-arranged work schedule.
