Columbus Electric Cooperative, Inc. The Lineman positions provide service, line construction, operation and maintenance of the Cooperative's overhead and underground distribution and transmission system. The successful candidates must demonstrate the ability and desire to acquire and train in the skills necessary to perform the job, which includes an apprentice program lasting no less than forty-eight (48) months and no longer than fifty-two (52) months, with both academic and on the job training components.
