Code Enforcement Officer

Hampden Township-

Hampden Township Community Development Department is seeking a qualified individual for full-time employment. The successful applicant shall perform all required field inspections and assist in the review of applications for permits under the building, plumbing, sewer, septic and other related codes and ordinances adopted by the Township. Candidates must possess a minimum of an Associates Degree in building construction or related degree and/or at least three (3) years' experience as a Construction Code Official (per PA UCC) or superintendent of building construction working for a professional engineer, surveyor or architect. Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes full medical benefits and pension plan.
