The Medve Group, Inc. has multiple immediate employment needs at our established apartment communities in the NOLA region. We are actively seeking Maintenance, Make Ready and Leasing help.

Maintenance Tech - $19/hr+ & 50% Rent Discount
• Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner
• Assists in general maintenance and upkeep of common areas, pools, etc.
• Reports any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor
• Perform on-call duties
• HVAC certification is needed

Make Ready Tech - $17/hr+ & 50% Rent Discount
• Ensure all vacant apartments are ready prior to move-in
• Routine maintenance tasks, minor requests and preventative maintenance
• Monitor condition of the community, pick up grounds and report any issues
• Other duties as assigned by management
• Experience with painting, sheet rock repair, carpentry and tiling needed

Leasing Agent - $14/hr, Commission & 35% Rent Discount
• Effectively explains all lease and community policies
• Accurately and efficiently prepares all leasing paperwork
• Collects security deposits, rent and all other funds associated with resident moves
• Conducts follow-up activity with all residents in order to establish positive resident relations
• Attends and assists in the coordination and organization of resident activities
• Supports the overall marketing efforts of the community
