S&W Property Improvements (Bucks County, PA), requires a Construction Project Supervisor with a high school dipl/GED or equivalent & 4 years of experience to manage specialized brick paving projects, inspect construction work progress, & construction sites to verify safety & ensure specs are met, read specs such as blueprints to determine construction requirements or to plan procedures, supervise, coordinate, & schedule activities of construction workers, assign work to employees, based on project requirements of specific jobs & coordinate work activities with other construction project activities. Must have excellent verbal & written skills. Will accept suitable alternative combo of education, training or experience.
