Laboratory Manager, Industrial Process Solutions (Solvay USA Inc. / Bristol, PA) Manage the Technical Support in N.A. in the industrial market with a focus on lubricants and fuel additives.

Requirements: Master's degree in Petroleum and Chemistry, or Petroleum Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, or closely related field and 4 years experience in job offered or 4 years experience as Research and Development Project Manager, and/or Research and Development Team Leader, or in similar position(s). Background in education, training, or experience must include demonstrated experience in both lubricants and engine technology; experience in petroleum engineering and chemistry industries; experience in the formulation and development of lubricant additives for specialties and industrial engine oils; experience in lubricant market chemical solutions including project management with key players in the field; experience in fuel additives and application knowledge in the field including anti-wear/extreme pressure additives, friction modifier technologies, anti-oxidants, corrosion inhibitors, detergents and demulsifiers.
