Job Description

An apartment complete is seeking Building Maintenance Technicians to perform basic maintenance of grounds and apartments including basic electrical, plumbing, etc. Hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Job Requirements

Qualified candidates must have previous building maintenance experience, must have own tools, and must be reliable and dependable. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. There is the possibility of permanent hire for the right person.
