Identify, assess, & solve complex business problem for integration. Workday cloud application with external applications across a wide array of HCM, Financial, & Academic function areas, where analysis of situations or data requirement an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Must have MS+2 years or BS+5 years in Computer Science, IS, or relevant & experience with: i. integation & people lead roles within technology workstreams of 1+ HCM or Financials implementation for at least 2 phases; ii. Healthcare/Higher Education client work; iii. current Workday Integration & Studio Certification; iv. development &/or architecture of integration technology, including web services (REST &/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, & Workday Studio; v. scope & requirements definition, problem solving, & process improvements; vi. estimating, implement. planning, & project management; vii. manage multiple project of different scale & duration; & viii. software tools such as Notepad++, UltraEdit, Oxygen XML, & ASAP Utilities. Up to 80% travel to unanticipated worksites throughout US. Telecommuting allowed when not traveling.
