$600 sign on bonus! New Hope Community, Inc., a Premiere Human Services Agency in the Hudson Valley supporting over 240 people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities in residential and other settings currently has the following positions available:

Direct Support Professional Full time, Relief, Residential, Day Program, Morning, Evening & Overnight DSP’s are the people who work closest to the people we support and provide them with the motivation, instruction and guidance to accomplish their goals and achieve success and fulfillment in daily living. High school diploma/general educational development required.

Licensed Practical Nurse Evening & Overnight positions available! As an essential team member of the Health Services Department the Licensed Practical Nurse will ensure that the people that we support at New Hope Community receive the highest quality of health care by providing hands on nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Valid New York State Nursing License required.

Marketing and Digital Strategist As a Marketing and Digital Strategist, the primary responsibility will be delivering results-oriented digital and print creative strategies for New Hope Community. This professional will have experience in marketing plan development and possess strong graphic design and marketing strategic vision. The Marketing and Digital Strategist is responsible for the design of a variety of media and the delivery of the best content to key audiences. This includes presentations, physical and digital signage, scripted and unscripted video productions, publications and advertisements.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or a minimum five years’ experience.

• Strong knowledge of digital platforms including Adobe Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, WordPress, HTML and CSS. Family Services Specialist. The Family Services Specialist is the central point person for individuals and families seeking services offered by New Hope Community.

Some responsibilities include:

• Ensure a pleasant and seamless experience to individuals and families from the first inquiry to delivery of well-coordinated and comprehensive services.

• Thorough knowledge and understanding of all services offered relative to each individual.

• Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with local school districts, Department of Social Services and other local and federal agencies pertinent to our industry to assist with wrap-around services and transitional planning.

• Apply for any grants, administer relevant grants and maintain documentation to substantiate participation in grants and provide grant reporting as required.

Requirements include:

• Minimum High school diploma/general educational development with five years’ experience working with people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities.

• Bachelor Degree preferred.

All Positions Require:

• Clean/Valid NYS Driver’s License for 1 Year.

• Completion of 11 Day Paid Orientation.
