Digital/Print Sales Facilitator

Hagadone Media Washington is seeking a full-time support person for our digital and advertising department(s) in a Digital/Print Sales Facilitation role. This person will support our retail, digital and classified account executives to aid in their success.

Responsibilities will include scheduling, organizing, processing and proofing advertisements; inputting classified and retail advertisements into multiple software programs, collaborating with advertising customers by phone, email, zoom and/or in person. This position also backs up sales reps and makes client calls to help grow our business. The individual must be able to perform a variety of other support functions and support other departments on an as needed basis. Familiarity with a media sales and office environment gained through 1-2 years of similar experience is preferred. Knowledge of digital and/or print sales processes is also preferred. Qualified candidates will possess world class customer service skills, a positive attitude, excellent telephone and face to face etiquette, strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software systems and applications. Must thrive in a process-oriented and fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and switch gears quickly. Strong oral and written communication, impeccable organization and attention to detail are paramount to success. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position.

We require a pre-employment background and drug screen. The DPSF will facilitate all digital and print sales made by the Publisher, Ad Director, Digital Sales Director, Digital Sales Reps, Multi-Media Specialists and Classified Sales and assure timelines and communication channels between the customers, DPSM and Hagadone Media & Creative (HMAC) are kept accurate and up to date.
