Medical Coder

High school diploma or GED. Knowledge of medical coding, ability to review physician notes for accuracy and appropriateness of services and code accordingly. Must have excellent communication skills and ability to multi task. Experience with physician communication required.   Minimum of two to four years of experience in a general medical office or primary clinic setting. Coding certification required and/or relevant experience will be considered. Location: Harlingen; Starting Salary $34,918. DOEE
