Must be reliable and detail-oriented, self-motivated, and skilled in many areas.

Job Description:

• Daily maintenance tasks
• Demolition & build-outs
• Maintain rental houses, offices & warehouses
• Some medium to heavy lifting
• Maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• Maintenance experience
• Knowledge of hand & power tools
• Able to use extension ladders
• High reach operation
