Construction Company that offices out of Carrollton looking for a Professional, Experienced, and Reliable, Project Manager that can travel.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• The Project Manager must have solid experience scheduling, planning, supervising and coordinating construction projects
• Ensuring the quality of work and materials meets standards and project documents, and that each project is completed within required timeframe and budget.
• The Project Manager must have proven experience scheduling and supervising subcontractors and liaisons on the standard requirements of the site in terms of licenses and safety.
• Must be able to multi-task, be a good problem-solver
• The Project Manager must have a good understanding of the industry and the ever changing industry environment
• Must be able to communicate with owners/architects clearly and precisely and be computer literate.
• Serve as a company representative and point of contact with the public, owners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
