POSITION SUMMARY

The Retail Specialist is responsible for setting appointments at retail locations with prospective customers.

 Pay range $15 per hour plus bonuses.

 Medical/Dental/Vision coverage available to those working regularly over 30 hours per week after 60 days of employment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

·         Demonstrate positive customer interactions

·         Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

·         Maintain a cooperative working relationship with all company employees, suppliers and customers.

·         Must be able to withstand the rigors of frequent daily travel, computers and office equipment

·         Good written and verbal communication skills

·         Must be able to work under time constraints

·         Represent the company at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conducting yourself in a professional manner at all times while representing our brand – any time you have our shirt on you are representing our company!

·         A minimum of 1 demo per 10 hours of work is required.

·         Retail specialists are required to hold a current auto policy and provide a copy to the Human Resource department.

·         Retail specialists are required to have and use their personal cell phone to transmit pictures and text messages to and from their supervisor.

·         Maintain a functional familiarity with RbA of Sacramento’s suite of products and services.

·         Must have your own vehicle and willing to travel 50+ miles a day. Available to work most weekends and all Holiday’s excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas.
