F/T BUILDING & GROUNDS MAINTENANCE

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Building maintenance, pool maintenance, grounds maintenance, tree and shrub trimming

·        Work nights, weekends and Holidays as requires, for snow removal

·        Able to work outside in all weather conditions

·        Able to lift over 50 pounds

·        Experience with power tools

·        Not afraid of heights

·        Professional communications with residents

·        Accurate written and verbal communications

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

·        Five years maintenance experience gained within a condominium or apartment community

·        Effective communication skills, written and verbal

·        Reliable, able to work without constant supervision

·        Customer Service/Professional Presentation

·        Must be friendly, courteous, compassionate and self-motivated

·        Must possess ability to deal with people and develop relationships
