Job Description | To provide maintenance services, managing the work order program of all maintenance activities and documentation of all related activities in order to ensure a positive environment coinciding with implementation of goals and guidelines as established by Old Dominion University and the Commonwealth of Virginia. |

The knowledge and ability to properly use tools and equipment related to the above-mentioned trades. Working Knowledge of computers and programs used by the university relating to the position i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. |

Conditions of Employment | Facilities Management employees are considered essential personnel and subject to working during university closings. This is an open until filled recruitment.
