Operations Field Supervisor

Salary Range: $115,425 - $150,053/Year

Canby Utility, a public water and electric utility located 30 minutes south of Portland and serving a population of approximately 17,000, is recruiting for an Operations Field Supervisor. This position will be responsible for the supervision of the electric and water department field personnel, departmental productivity, field services related to customer service, maintenance projects, and supervisory support for the Operations Manager. This position is classified as a full-time, exempt position with supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications: The successful candidate will have verifiable knowledge and experience of methods and techniques used to construct, maintain, and operate an electric utility system. Experience as a Journeyman Lineman with a minimum of five years of foreman experience preferred. A bachelor degree in electrical engineering or any satisfactory combination of electric utility systems experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the above duties may suffice. A valid driver’s license is also required. Previous management experience and water utility system knowledge and experience desired.
