Senior Consultant, Organization Strategy

Korn Ferry (US) - Act as Senior Consultant as part of project teams for custom solutions, exercising judgment in understanding client issues & customizing solutions. Requires Bachelor or higher in Psychology or Industrial/Organizational Psychology & 2 years experience in job offered or as Consultant &/or HR Specialist. Background in education, training or experience must include demonstrated ability to lead core service line work activities; demonstrated credentials in Organization Strategy including operating model & organizational design, job & career architecture, digital & culture transformation, performance management, strategic workforce planning, employee experience, HR transformation, talent strategy &/or work measurement; demonstrated consulting skills including client relationships, commercial impact & business insights. Approximately 20-30% travel required predominantly to client sites & also for internal meetings.
