Physics Instructor

The Alabama School of Mathematics and Science, a public residential STEM high school, has an opening for a full-time physics professor starting in August 2018. Preferred: Ph.D. in physics and teaching experience(must have at least a master's degree in physics or a related field). This position has a three-class load for each term of a trimester system. Excellent vacation and state benefits package. In the past, ASMS has offered courses in Introduction to Physics, Honors Physics, Advanced Placement Physics, Astronomy, and Robotics. There may be opportunities for developing elective courses that reflect an instructor's qualifications and research interests.
