Bayer U.S. LLC seeks a Senior System Software V&V Engineer to work in Indianola, PA, on complex projects as a member of Software Assurance & Operations group to support multiple New Product Development (NPD) & Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) projects.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Senior System Software V&V Engineer, are to: 

• Lead and manage verification planning, test execution, software-system integration, provide guidance and consulting to the team on technical and process issues, review deliverables of the team for programs with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies;
• verification around the various aspects of the software platform of high complexity  medical device to account for user interactions, performance, safety and functionality;

• Fulfilling activities to comply with the project deliverables outlined in the Design and Development Plans and Design Control Procedures, as applicable;
• Writing manual & automation verification protocols for the design and development of the system/subsystem, manage or perform the execution of the protocols, analyze results, and to write reports;
• Effectively collaborates within cross-functional teams across multiple geographies in identifying problems, critical analysis, opportunities, solutions and results in the medical device development; and
• Track and document discrepancies, as applicable, during verification.
