Eastern Surfaces, a leader in the countertop market, is looking to add a Scheduler to our growing team.
Previous experience in the manufacturing industry or construction industry is preferred but not
required.
We will train the right candidate.
At Eastern Surfaces, we produce high-end custom countertops that are installed by our teams in homes
and businesses throughout Eastern Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities:
 Contact customers to schedule template and installation appointments.
 Create efficient template and installation schedules, considering dates, locations, and employee
workload.
 Monitor schedule and adjust for delays, absenteeism, etc., as needed.
 Prepare and distribute appropriate paperwork for template and installation teams.
 Respond to daily customer inquiries.
 Update software to reflect changing customer needs or jobsite details.
 Schedule repairs or rework of previous installations.
 Assist customers in the showroom with sale and selection of granite material.
 Must be able to type accurately and enter data into our computer system.
 Provide administrative support to the office staff as needed.
Qualifications, qualities, the successful candidate will possess:
 Customer service background with excellent customer service skills.
 Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
 Works well with others in a team environment

Essential Skills:
 Reliable
 A people person who enjoys interaction with team members and customers.
 Effective communication skills, bilingual in Spanish a plus
 Computer experience necessary
Compensation:
$18 per hour starting salary
