The Director of Athletics TicketOperations manages the daily operations of the Athletics Ticket Office. Thisposition directs all ticket ordering, allocations, invoices, and payments forhome and away contests. The Director oversees the customer database, onlinecustomer ticketing experience, and fan surveys. This position generates reportsand establishes best practices for the ticket office operation. The Directoralso works closely with Athletics External Units including the Green Wave Cluband Marketing and Promotions on fan and donor retention.

The Director of Athletics TicketOperations supervises student workers and the Assistant Director of AthleticsTicket Operations. This position is a full-time position under the direction ofthe Assistant Athletic Director, Ticket Sales and Customer Service.
