Nurse Practitioner

Lifetree Medical Services (LMS) is now hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) for Wayne Nursing and Rehabilitation / Hillcrest Health Care Center.

Details:

• The NP will participate as a leader of the facility care team and provide care to residents by diagnosing, treating, and managing chronic and acute conditions.
• License to practice as a Registered Nurse and a certificate to practice as a Nurse Practitioner issued by the State Board of Registered Nursing.
• Geriatrics specialty certification preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years clinical nursing experience preferred, including work in a skilled nursing facility.
