Right now, we are looking for a versatile sports editor, a leader whose vision and drive result in innovative approaches to local sports coverage - coverage that is expansive, thoughtful and captivating. You'll lead a team of three and build up our correspondent network. To us, local sports coverage runs the gamut from our seven high schools to our adult recreational sports leagues to our local auto race tracks to our local foot races, biathlons and triathlons. You'll guide our team to produce a daily digital and print report that breaks the mold of traditional game coverage. You'll seize moments to pull down compelling features. You'll lead the county's sports conversation with impactful enterprise packages. This is a newsy community that respects and supports its local paper.
