Administrative Assistant - Public Health Department
The Town of Plymouth seeks qualified applicants for the position of Administrative Assistant for the Public Health Department Division. Responsibilities include: para-professional administrative and secretarial duties including record keeping (payroll and budgets), typing, customer service, and the coordinating and organizing of the activities and daily operations of the office. Must have knowledge of Excel and Word software.
Qualifications: High school degree with courses in secretarial skills; five year’s experience in office management or responsible secretarial work; or an Associate’s degree in business administration or a related field and two years experience in office management. Salary $21.0293 per hour, 37.5 hours/week.
