CONSULTING Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Specialist Senior, Strategy & Operations (S&O), Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operation (SC&MO), Product Development in San Jose, CA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the planning/engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery/ logistics of clients' business processes to create a strategic, competitive advantage. Deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large companies. Reqts: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Engineering (any), Management or a related field. Must have two years experience providing consulting services to clients in the life sciences and manufacturing industries on behalf of a global consulting company. Must have two years of experience with: Conducting multiple large scale implementations of Agile PLM (PC& PPM) and Oracle Business intelligence (OBIEE, OPLA & RPD) to analyze and forecast demand, supply, and production to improve manufacturing processes; Developing global supply chain visuals to achieve network design, footprint reduction and optimization by using Tableau, Industry Print and SourceMap; Developing functional and technical specifications to integrate ERP solutions with Agile PLM using SOA Architecture; Providing guidance for multiple levels of PLM application support to ensure minimal system downtime; Writing test scripts for business modules and integrating test cases for Oracle EBS through Oracle Application Interface Architecture (AIA); and Designing and implementing optimized Supply Chain Planning processes including Forecast to Deploy, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash. 80% travel required.
