Computer: Senior Oracle Payroll Systems Analyst for Rosendin Electric Inc. to work at our San Jose, CA location. 

Position will diagnose + resolve system issues. Identify process + gap analysis in payroll + HRIS processes + document business requirements for functionality. Troubleshoot + resolve systems problems of end users. Support payroll interface. Lead payroll year-end processing. Liaise with benefits + Human Resources to integrate with Oracle payroll product. Design + implement Oracle Alerts + Lookups. Must have Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and 4 years related experience in Oracle Payroll apps. Also required the following skills: (4 years experience) in AIM, AOL, SDLC, RICEW components, Oracle EBS Payroll/HRMS, Reports, Interfaces and writing ad hoc queries, SQL, PLSQL, Forms , Workflow, year-end and quarter-end payroll processing, and Microsoft software apps.
