Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Clinical Team Leader in the Adult Clinical Community Services (ACCS) program at Behavioral Health Network!

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the ACCS program with the following:

  • Providing preliminary screenings, Comprehensive Assessments, and Individual Action Plans for individuals referred by DMH.
  • Working closely with the program staff to establish and maintain an environment that supports recovery, skill building, and greater independence for individuals served.
  • Providing individual and group treatment to the individuals.
  • Supporting, consulting with, and training program staff.
  • Overseeing some case management and receiving regular clinical supervision.

Adult Clinical Community Services is a program that serves adults with mental health concerns recover by providing clinical and rehabilitative interventions and other services, including peer, family and housing support. ACCS is a multifaceted program which uses an integrated team model to perpetuate recovery and wellness for the individuals served.

What are we looking for in a Clinical Team Leader?

  • Master’s degree in a related mental or behavioral health field (Social Work, Psychology, etc.) (required).
  • Licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts (LADC I, LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC) (required).
  • Experience with adults experiencing mental health challenges (required).
  • Valid driving license, clean driving record and dependable vehicle (required).
