| Job Summary: | The Senior Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative assignments of a complex and confidential nature for the Office of Graduate Medical Education. Duties include but are not limited to: processing the immigration onboarding & continuation requests through ECFMG for new residents & fellows; coordinate travel plans & process travel reimbursement plans; prepares purchase requisitions for signature; manipulate & assure the accuracy of data for entry into the GME & CLER Dashboards; refine database applications & generate and revise routine/ad hoc reports; provide on-site support at GME meetings with hospital administration, Dean's Office & residency programs; organize special events such as Resident Appreciation Day, Annual GME Award Ceremony, etc. to include but not limited to room reservations, food, brochures, attendance tracking; and create & track GME mandatory education modules in Blackboard. |

| Minimum Qualifications: |
Associates degree and three years of secretarial/administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus excellent customer service, communication and computer skills required. |

Prior experience in a Graduate Medical Education setting. |
