Duties: Create accurate financial statements & reports for assigned property portfolio using Yardi Voyager software platform; reconcile accounts; calculate mgmt.fees & distributions, funding requests & cash analysis; prepare audit schedule & coordinate audit requests. Reqs: Mstr's degree in finance or accounting; + 2 yrs exp as a staff accountant, incl 1 yr exp w/Yardi accounting software, creation of statistical models for assessment of management performance & forecasting future cash flow, & using GL account conversions to create advanced Excel formulas in Office 365 to assist w/property conversion.
