Main Functions
Execute programs for Zund Machine according to Zund Process Reference File instructions.
Import CAD files and assign tools and parameters for production jobs.
Maintain safe work area and working conditions within the department
Inspect machine daily according to Machine Inspection Guidelines.
Typical Duties
Setting up and running the zund machine(s) according to the process file and the job order. Maintain the machineries operation and detect problems as they might occur.
Load raw material on the zund and remove cut parts when the program cycle is complete.
Required Skills:
Basic Math and blueprint reading, Basic computer skills.
Preferred Skills:
Critical thinking to help solve manufacturing issues that arise from time to time.
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Some college a plus.
Experience Requirements:
Six months preferred working in a manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements:
Requires repetitive movement.
Requires prolonged standing.
Reguires lifting up to 25 LBS.
